West Virginia’s 2004 National AFV Day Odyssey Evaluation Report

On April 2, 2004, during the 2004 National AFV Day Odyssey, 55 evaluations were provided by students, educational professionals, government agencies, and others at Flatwoods or Charleston, WV to assess the success of the event. Besides judging the success of the event, each evaluation focused on aspects of alternative fuel vehicles (AFVs), such as where the cars could be purchased, their affordability, and whether or not the participants felt that these cars were better for the environment.
